What We Do
Top10Chauffeur operates as a listing and information platform. We showcase chauffeur services from around the globe, but here’s what’s crystal clear: we don’t own vehicles, we don’t employ drivers, and we don’t provide transportation services ourselves.
Our role is simple—we connect you with chauffeur service providers. The actual service, booking, payment, and ride experience? That’s between you and the listed company. We’re the matchmaker, not the date.
Our Business Model
Top10Chauffeur generates revenue exclusively through listing fees paid by chauffeur service providers who choose to feature their services on our Platform. We don’t earn commissions from bookings, we don’t take a cut from transactions between you and service providers, and we don’t charge referral fees.
When you contact or book a chauffeur service through our Platform, your inquiry goes directly to the respective company. We simply facilitate the connection—everything that follows is handled entirely by the service provider you’ve selected.
What We Don’t Do
We don’t operate chauffeur services. We don’t maintain fleets. We don’t handle your bookings directly. We don’t process payments on behalf of service providers. We don’t store your payment card information or credentials.
When you choose a chauffeur service through our platform, you’re entering into a direct relationship with that service provider, not with Top10Chauffeur. All financial transactions, service agreements, and operational details are managed exclusively between you and the chauffeur company.
DATA SECURITY AND PRIVACY
What We Don’t Store
Top10Chauffeur does not store payment card information, banking credentials, or sensitive financial data. We don’t process payments, which means we never have access to your credit card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account details.
Any payment transactions you conduct are processed directly between you and the chauffeur service provider you’ve selected. Each service provider maintains their own secure payment systems and follows their own data protection protocols.
Contact Forms and Communications
Our Platform includes a “Contact Us” form that allows you to reach out to us with questions, feedback, or support requests. When you submit this form, we collect only the information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, and message content.
This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and improve our Platform. We handle all form submissions in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

WHO CAN USE THIS PLATFORM
Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By using Top10Chauffeur, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Account Responsibilities
If you create an account with us, you’re responsible for maintaining its confidentiality. Don’t share your login credentials, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You’re accountable for all activities that occur under your account.
USER CONDUCT AND ACCEPTABLE USE
Play Fair
Our platform thrives when users respect boundaries. You agree not to misuse the Platform for illegal activities, harassment, spam, or anything that disrupts other users’ experience.
Prohibited Activities
Don’t attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer our Platform. Don’t post false reviews or misleading information about listed services. Don’t impersonate others or create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings. Don’t upload malware, viruses, or anything else designed to harm our systems or users.
Content Standards
Any content you post—reviews, comments, or feedback—must be truthful, relevant, and respectful. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards without prior notice.
LISTINGS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
How Listings Work
Chauffeur service providers pay Top10Chauffeur a listing fee to feature their services on our Platform. This fee structure means we have no financial incentive to promote one provider over another based on bookings or transactions.
Our listings showcase information provided by service providers themselves. We review submissions for basic quality standards, but we don’t verify every claim made in a listing.
Information Accuracy
We work hard to ensure the information on our Platform is accurate and up-to-date. However, chauffeur service providers supply their own details, pricing, and availability. We can’t guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this information.
Service providers are responsible for maintaining accurate listings. Prices, services, vehicle types, and availability details come directly from them and may change without notice to us.
Verification Process
While we make reasonable efforts to verify listed service providers during the onboarding process, we don’t conduct exhaustive background checks on every company, driver, or vehicle. You should exercise your own judgment and conduct due diligence before booking any service.
Changes to Listings
Service providers can update their listings at any time. Prices, availability, and service details may change without notice to Top10Chauffeur or to you. Always confirm details directly with the service provider before finalizing your booking.
DIRECT RELATIONSHIPS WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS
Independent Transactions
All inquiries, bookings, and transactions you initiate through our Platform go directly to the respective chauffeur service provider. We don’t act as an intermediary in your communications or negotiations with service providers.
Top10Chauffeur simply provides the listing Platform. Everything else—quotes, availability checks, booking confirmations, payment processing, service delivery—happens directly between you and the chauffeur company you’ve selected.
No Payment Processing
We don’t process payments on behalf of service providers. When you’re ready to book, you’ll handle payment directly with the chauffeur company according to their payment terms and methods.
Each service provider sets their own payment policies, accepted payment methods, deposit requirements, and refund procedures. These are not controlled or influenced by Top10Chauffeur.
Service Provider Agreements
When you book through a listing on our Platform, you’re entering into a direct contract with that chauffeur service provider. We’re not a party to that agreement. All terms, including cancellation policies, payment terms, service guarantees, and liability provisions, are between you and the service provider.
Customer Support
For questions about specific bookings, services, vehicles, pricing, or scheduling, contact the chauffeur service provider directly. Their contact information is available in their listing.
For questions about our Platform, technical issues, or general inquiries, use our Contact Us form. We’re here to help with Platform-related matters, but we can’t resolve disputes or issues between you and service providers.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Service Provider Actions
Top10Chauffeur is not liable for any acts, omissions, errors, or negligence of listed chauffeur service providers. We’re not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, property damage, personal injury, poor service quality, or any other issues arising from your use of listed services.
Since we don’t operate transportation services, we can’t be held responsible for the conduct of drivers, the condition of vehicles, route decisions, or any aspect of the actual chauffeur service you receive.
No Commission-Based Incentives
Because we earn revenue solely through listing fees and not through commissions on bookings, we have no financial stake in promoting specific providers or encouraging you to complete transactions. This structure is designed to maintain our neutrality as a listing Platform.
Maximum Liability Cap
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Top10Chauffeur (if any) in the six months preceding the claim.
Indirect Damages
We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, travel delays, or missed appointments, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Third-Party Content and Links
Our Platform may contain links to service provider websites or third-party sites. We don’t control or endorse these external sites and aren’t responsible for their content, privacy practices, payment security, or terms.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Our Content
All content on the Platform—including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and our listing directory structure—is owned by Top10Chauffeur or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You can’t reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
User-Generated Content
When you post reviews or other content on our Platform, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute that content. You retain ownership, but you give us the right to showcase your contributions.
DISCLAIMERS AND WARRANTIES
As-Is Basis
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
Service Quality
We make no warranties about the quality, safety, reliability, or legality of services provided by listed chauffeur companies. We don’t guarantee that listed services will meet your expectations or requirements.
Since we don’t operate chauffeur services and don’t earn commissions from bookings, we can’t and don’t guarantee the performance of service providers.
Information Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, we don’t warrant that information on the Platform is complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Listing information comes from service providers themselves. Use the information at your own risk and verify critical details independently.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Top10Chauffeur, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, infringement of any third-party rights, or your interactions with service providers.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Data Collection
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.
The information we collect is limited to what’s necessary for Platform operation. We don’t collect or store payment credentials, credit card information, or banking details.

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Platform, other users, or listed service providers.
Your Right to Terminate
You can stop using the Platform at any time. If you have an account, you may delete it by contacting us through our Contact Us form.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision doesn’t constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment
